How it works
First the advice, then you decide
Place your home free
With at least 10 real photos, a description, the defects you know about and your own price idea.
Receive the price advice free
The team looks at your home and comparable homes. You accept the advice or make a counter-proposal.
Choose your package
When you submit your home or after the price advice. With Full guidance the team confirms the amount.
Pay and publish
You pay online via a payment link. After that, the team publishes your home.

When do I pay?
Only when your home is published. Creating an account, getting your home ready and the price advice from the team are free. If you decide not to publish, you pay nothing.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes. €199 and "from €1,500" are amounts including VAT.
Why does Full guidance say "from"?
Full guidance starts at €1,500. The team confirms the final amount in your account before you pay, so you always see the amount first.
When do I choose my package?
When you submit your home, or after the price advice. Until the team has confirmed your package, you can change your choice yourself in your account.
How do I pay?
Online, via a payment link. As soon as your payment has arrived, the team publishes your home and you get a confirmation by e-mail.
What if I do not agree with the price advice?
You can make a counter-proposal in your account. The team then takes another look. As long as nothing is published, you pay nothing.
Which photos can I use?
Only real photos of your home that have not been created or edited with AI. You need at least 10.
