Privacy policy

SellYourOwnHouse is a service of HETVERHUIZTEAM.NL (Chamber of Commerce 90372085, Honderdland 976, 2676 LV Maasdijk, the Netherlands). We are the controller of your data.

Which data

What you fill in on the form: name, phone number, email address, country and address of the property, what you need and your message. We also store the IP address the form was sent from, to prevent abuse.

What for

Only to answer your request and help you sell your home. The legal basis is your own request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never sell your data and do not use it for other purposes.

How long

We keep your data while we are in contact with you, and no longer than necessary afterwards — unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example for our accounts.

Who has access

Only our own staff. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Email info@sellyourownhouse.eu. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
