Offer terms: the first 100 homes free

99 of 100 free places left

1. The offer runs from 5 October 2026 up to and including 05-04-2027, or until all 100 free places have been taken — whichever comes first.
2. The offer applies to the Listing package (normally €199 incl. VAT). The Full guidance package is not included.
3. You get a free place when our team confirms your package, after the price advice. Places are given in the order of that confirmation. If we confirm your package when all places are taken, the normal price applies; you always see this before you pay anything.
4. Free means free: you pay nothing for listing your home with the Listing package, not later and not when it sells. There is no compulsory extra package.
5. If you withdraw your home, the place becomes available for someone else. One free place per home.
6. The counter on our site shows the real number of free places and is updated live.
7. Your home must meet the normal terms of our portal, such as at least 10 real photos (not created or edited with AI) and an honest description including defects. We may refuse a home that does not meet them.
8. The offer is provided by SellYourOwnHouse, a trade name of Ferdinand Harteveld Holding B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 90372085). Questions? Email info@sellyourownhouse.eu.
