How the calculation works
- Agent commission = asking price × commission %.
- VAT on the commission = commission × VAT rate (only when you switch VAT on).
- Estimated agent cost = commission + VAT + other agent costs.
- Your saving = estimated agent cost − the price of the SellYourOwnHouse package you compare with.
