Better listing photos, without uploading a thing.
Drop in up to 40 photos of your home. The studio checks each one for light, sharpness and size, lets you straighten and crop, and exports a numbered ZIP that is ready for any portal.

Eight habits of good listing photos
The studio can brighten and straighten, but it cannot tidy a room. Most of the difference is made before you press the button.
- 01
Use daylight
Open every curtain and blind, switch on the lights and shoot at the brightest time of day. Do not point the camera straight into a bright window.
- 02
Clear and tidy
Empty worktops, put away laundry, bins, cables and fridge magnets, and remove personal photos. Buyers want to picture their own life here.
- 03
Camera at chest height
Hold the camera at chest height and level, not above your head or pointed down. Rooms look natural and furniture keeps its shape.
- 04
Shoot landscape
Turn your phone sideways. Portals show photos in a wide frame, so a portrait photo loses space or gets bars on both sides.
- 05
Keep lines straight
Walls and door frames should be vertical. Switch on the grid in your camera app and fix small tilts afterwards with “Straighten”.
- 06
Shoot from the corner
Stand in a corner or doorway to show as much of the room as possible. Use the wide lens with care: the edges stretch.
- 07
No people, pets or number plates
Keep people, pets and reflections of yourself out of the frame. Leave out number plates and anything that shows your exact address before you want to share it.
- 08
One strong photo per room
Pick the best angle of each room, add the outside and the view, and stop. A few clear photos in a logical order beat many similar ones.
03 — The right order
Take buyers on a walk through your home
The first photo decides whether someone clicks. Choose your strongest picture as the cover, usually the front of the house or the view, then follow the route a visitor would take.
- 1
The front or the view
Your cover. Shot from across the street, or the view from the terrace.
- 2
Living room
Where buyers picture themselves first.
- 3
Kitchen
Clear worktops, lights on.
- 4
Bedrooms
The main bedroom first.
- 5
Bathroom
Toilet lid down, towels folded.
- 6
Outside
Garden, terrace, pool, parking.

Why the studio removes location data
A photo from a phone carries hidden data (EXIF): the date and time, the camera model and often the GPS coordinates of the spot where it was taken. Anyone who downloads the photo from a listing can read that data.
For a home that is for sale, that can reveal the exact address before you choose to share it, and when the photos were taken. The studio draws every photo again on a blank canvas. The new JPG only contains the picture itself, so nothing else goes along. Do not count on a portal to remove it for you.
